We are a small but strongly connected business consultancy working with some of the largest European energy companies. We have started to grow into a wider recognised brand and currently have a physical presence in three countries: Cyprus, United Kingdom, and Germany.

We are now aiming to further expand our footprint by growing our team across all those countries. We are looking for highly motivated candidates to join us as Junior Management Consultant — a great career-starter opportunity for ambitious professionals looking to work and thrive at the forefront of the European energy sector alongside our senior business consultants and market specialists with deep industry knowledge.

What we are looking for

• A fast learner and capable of understanding highly complex topics
• An adept problem-solver with critical thinking and attention to detail
• An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills
• An expert in collecting, analysing, and interpreting information
• Willing to travel within Europe if required

The role

You will be developing concepts for change and supporting our utility clients in large business transformations. Our projects span the full breadth of the European energy sector — from energy transition and renewables to data platforms, trading IT, and market strategy.

You may find project examples in our case studies — including renewable portfolio mandates, asset optimization platforms, and investment strategy for hydro pump storage.
