Entry level. Strong degree, early career experience, and a demonstrated interest in energy and consulting. Works on defined project workstreams supported by senior colleagues.
Typically a PhD or ~3 years of relevant experience. Leads workstreams independently and rapidly builds subject matter expertise in their domain.
Leads projects and small teams. Recognised by clients for deep knowledge. Experienced in managing delivery end-to-end and reporting to client leadership.
Acquires and delivers projects. A long-standing, trusted client partner with deep subject matter expertise and business development capability.
